The amount of caffeine in tea depends on a number of factors, including the method and length of brewing or steeping. Earl grey green tea has approximately 30 mg of caffeine for every 225 g. It is considered a moderate caffeine tea, that’s why we recommend to steep 2-3 minutes at 100°C.
