    How long does it take to ship?

    Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours to the courier's distribution center. You will receive a shipping confirmation once we ship your package and the tracking page should update with an ETA within 48 business hours after shipping.

    How can I edit my order address or products?

    Please email us immediately at info@cuptone.com with your order number as well as the change you want to make so we can apply it before it ships. Since our warehouse labels and processes orders very fast, we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify your order. Once an order has been shipped we cannot modify its content or delivery address. 

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse to the distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking page. Please allow 48 hours for your package to be scanned by the carrier and to start receiving status updates and an ETA.

    What's the refund policy for returns?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with our products you can return them for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return process, please contact us at info@cuptone.com. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense. We provide a return label so you can mail the product(s) back to our warehouse.

    What's the return fee?

    Customers are responsible for returning their orders with a courier of their choice within 30 days.
