The weight of each resealable zip-lock pouches is 3oz or 85 g. The amount of caffeine in tea depends on a number of factors, including the method and length of brewing or steeping. Pu erh chorange tea has 60-75 mg of caffeine for every 225 g. It is considered a high caffeine tea, that’s why we recommend to steep approximately 3 minutes.
