Hibiscus tea has been the preferred drink of many cultures, dating as far back as ancient Egypt. Layered, fruity-spicy aroma and flavor. Rich, tangy and punchy.
The brewed liquor of a Black-Hibiscus tea color ranges between dark brown and deep red.
The weight of each resealable zip-lock pouches is 3oz or 85 g. One tea pouch can make up to 30 cups of tea.
The amount of caffeine in tea depends on a number of factors, including the method and length of brewing or steeping. Black-Hibiscus tea has 60-75 mg of caffeine for every 225 g. It is considered a high caffeine tea, that’s why we recommend to steep approximately 3 minutes at 100°C.
