The weight of each resealable zip-lock pouches is 3oz or 85 g. One tea pouch can make up to 30 cups of tea.

Fruit herbals have no caffeine. Yet no sugar or other sweeteners. We recommend to steep approximately 5-10 minutes at 100°C.

    It’s wonderful cold brewed. There’s a general fruity, tart flavor. Sweetener tones down the tartness. I don’t really pick up on any one fruit flavor.
