The weight of each resealable zip-lock pouches is 3oz or 85 g. One tea pouch can make up to 30 cups of tea.
The amount of caffeine in tea depends on a number of factors, including the method and length of brewing or steeping. Coconut black tea has 60-75 mg of caffeine for every 225 g. It is considered a high caffeine tea, that’s why we recommend to steep approximately 3 minutes at 100°C.
