Some mornings I want a lighter brew, other days I want something stronger. Being able to continue steeping whenever I choose is surprisingly useful.

I love that I can stop the steeping exactly when the flavor feels right. My tea no longer becomes bitter while I'm still enjoying the cup.

I regularly get two or three delicious brews from the same leaves. It makes my tea feel less wasteful and much more enjoyable.
